Nicole joined the automotive industry back in 2020! She has dabbled in all aspects of the dealership process from used cars to our service drive to our internet sales department. The sales team, Nicole on the phone and Jay at the dealer, made it worth it to drive an hour out of my to complete the purchase at Columbia Kia. As far as I can tell, Jake in finance did his part to h dealer, made it worth it to drive an hour out of my to complete the purchase at Columbia Kia. As far as I can tell, Jake in finance did his part to help me get a competitive interest rate. I only give four stars because negotiations on the value of my trade could've gone smoother. If you are completing a trade, make sure you know what your car is worth! These folks are a good dealer, but Eli (sales manager) will squeeze you if he thinks he can. Still, we struck a deal that I think was fair, and I would probably return to this dealer. More

While the sales department experience was pleasant, the service department experience was something all-together different. Multiple long trips back and forth to the shop for things that should have been t service department experience was something all-together different. Multiple long trips back and forth to the shop for things that should have been taken care of before the truck was delivered. Mike, the service manager, doesn't seem to know the day to day operations, as he stated to me one thing and the repair paperwork showed something totally different. It seems a lot of the negative reviews are generated based on the service department experience. Whether it be lack of competence or lack of supervision, this should not be the case for such a large group of dealerships........Unfortunate. More
