When I need service I can always get an appointment that fits my schedule. When I am in for service the service writer is very helpful and I am kept up to date how my service is progressing. My experience was awful. The service notes for my appointment were not read fully and clarification was not asked for until I pushed back. My services were delayed due to a m The service notes for my appointment were not read fully and clarification was not asked for until I pushed back. My services were delayed due to a machine breaking while my car was on it, which was not communicated to me until I called to figure out why there weren't updates after three days. Then, I find out later my keys were lost and the rep was not transparent about that. At one point, my entire vehicle was unaccounted for and I had to walk the lot to find it for them. The loaner was also not communicated to the team so it was not ready when I showed up to get it. Then when my car was finally ready, I left the lot and within minutes my tire was low on air showing it had not been fixed so I had to go in again. The only positive was working with Asha. She was a pleasure. More
