Buying a car is never fun from a dealership. Not so from DCH Freehold Toyota. This is the second time we bought a car from this dealership and both times, the process was smooth and hassle-free! Nori met us at the door when we walked in and was also the last person when we drove off in our new car. She took us through the entire process in a professional manner. She got us a great deal on the new car and our trade-in. Nick, the Finance Manager worked on the financing and bettered the already low rate I had. This is a seller's market no doubt but these folks are the best around. No hard-selling, no delaying tactics like walking back and forth to the manager or hard balling. No crazy 5K plus markups on the car. What an amazing experience at a dealership! More

I will begin by saying that my husband dislikes salespeople, so its a trial, sometime, to go shopping with him, especially for a large purchase like a car. Coming into DCH everyone was helpful, but when it comes to speaking with one of the best car representatives, Ian is simply the best. My husband likes him lol. Seriously, one the most helpful, courteous, kind, and extremely knowledgeable in all areas of car buying, leasing, financing etc. bar none! He will work to get you the best deal possible and keep you updated from the moment you say yes, till you drive away with an awesome car. In these crazy times that we're in, he is truly a great and rare find. Might I add that management, especially Matthew will go above to help and facilitate that great bottom line. More

We bought a 2019 HIGHLANDER XLE in’19 - this is the first Toyota we’ve owned, LOVE IT!! We got a post in the mail about trade-ins at DCH TOYOTA FREEHOLD. So, with the mind set of “it can’t hurt to check ou Toyota we’ve owned, LOVE IT!! We got a post in the mail about trade-ins at DCH TOYOTA FREEHOLD. So, with the mind set of “it can’t hurt to check out the offer” my husband and I drove into the dealership in my 2019 XLE Highlander and drove out in a brand new 2021 XSE Highlander 3 hours later. Vinny was great, absolutely no pressure, more than helpful & extremely personable. Matt gave us our numbers and was so patient explaining them to me since we had a trade in. I won’t go anywhere else to buy a car. I love this dealership!! More

Ian mis-represented this car. I am came in for a Camry, but I drove out with a Lexus disguised as a Camry. Sure it had all the Camry/Toyota logos, but it has all the bells and whistles of a Lexus and ride but I drove out with a Lexus disguised as a Camry. Sure it had all the Camry/Toyota logos, but it has all the bells and whistles of a Lexus and rides like one. Changing the logos doesn't fool me. It's a Lexus. Great help from Ian...he knows his stuff. More

Not many people like going to an auto dealership but my experience with DCH Freehold Toyota was truly enjoyable. Ian (Salon) handled my purchase of a 2021 RAV4 Prime XSE. I was replacing my first model ye experience with DCH Freehold Toyota was truly enjoyable. Ian (Salon) handled my purchase of a 2021 RAV4 Prime XSE. I was replacing my first model year 1996 RAV4 and he understood my emotional connection of 25 years with the same car. He expertly took me thru all the many features of my new RAV4 and happily took a picture of me standing between the old and new RAV4’s. My experience with Ian and DCH Freehold Toyota was worth having to travel 90 miles to get there. I also want to give a shout out to Matt for reserving the car for me and his constant communication with me as we waited for the car to arrive and Nick for making writing that big check a lot easier. More

I was looking for a specific vehicle and did a web search within 250 miles from my location in Providence, RI. I found 3 with my search criteria and the best deal by far was at DCH Freehold Toyota. As you must realize it takes a lot of trust to buy a vehicle 230 miles away; but after reading reviews and talking with Vinny I am so happy I did! This car was immaculate just as he described. Vinny and Nick worked to get me an even better interest rate than the one I was approved for which was close to 2 percentage points lower! When I showed up to sign the paperwork they had me in and out in no time! Very organized! I would not hesitate to travel again and do business here again. More
