After a bad experience at another dealer we were greeted at Big Star Cadillac by Nate Gordon, salesman. Within 30 minutes he showed us a car just like we wanted. He had one there the next day with upgrade at Big Star Cadillac by Nate Gordon, salesman. Within 30 minutes he showed us a car just like we wanted. He had one there the next day with upgrades we requested. Nate is exceptionally knowledgeable about Cadillacs. He also is a very good listener. It was an awesome experience! A Few weeks ago this month, I got a Letter from the Dealer asking me to come in and bring my car, because there was a big demand for my Car a XT5 2019. So I Finally I Took It in to View. Well The Viewing went well and I Walked out in a Brand New 2023 XT5, God Is Great, He Blessed Us one More time and So Did BIG STAR CADILLAC !! EXCELLENT SERVICE More
