Lack of follow up from the sales team, many promise to follow up with me regarding the bump on the side door, I have called couple of times and been totally ignored. After sales was made, lack of follow up, car has a dent on the side door, promise was made that would be fix next day and i haven't heard from the sales team, i have called, left messages and text. I have been a costumer for the past 20 years, costume service has gone down.
