Toyota of Cleveland is not just a dealership, it's joining a family. We have now traded 9 times in a little over 3 years and they are always top notch. He always returned my calls and always treated me with the utmost kindness and respect. I bought a car that was a trade-in, and happened to see it right when it came in, it was filthy, but Justin Bain, the detailer, transformed the car! He did an absolutely incredible job of meticulously cleaning and detailing my Highlander! I was looking at another Highlander at another dealership, but Justin's job won me over, he made the car look new again! The care and pride that he took in his work gave me such confidence in this dealership! Crystal Thompson was so kind and efficient with my paperwork. My whole experience at Toyota of Cleveland was positive, and I will definitely be recommending Toyota of Cleveland to my family and friends, and I will, no doubt, be a repeat customer myself!! More
