Our initial meeting with Mitchell made it possible to know when a vehicle arrived at the dealership that we might be interested in. Austin was courteous and informative about that particular vehicle. He spent a great deal of time with us so that we were comfortable with that purchase. Bill brought home that sale with a smooth approach that didn't leave our heads spinning. A true professional. I was very impressed with our visit to My Auto Import Center. The professional atmosphere, cleanliness, staff friendliness were all impressive. Our salesman, Mitchell Ladd, did an outstanding job helping us, answering questions, detailing options, and general information about the car we were interested in. We had been searching for a Subaru for a number of weeks. When we entered the dealership I had a feeling that just maybe the search could be over. Mitchell contributed greatly to the end result of us purchasing a very nice vehicle. Greg in Business did an awesome job as well putting a nice package of financing and an extended warranty together for my son, Patrick, who was purchasing his first vehicle. We had outlined our goals and comfort zone level and the guys worked hard to make it happen. Both Mitch & Greg deserve ten stars apiece!! Although our family lives several hours to the East of this dealership, we will make it a point to return in the future with any car needs. Thanks again to the guys!!! More

My wife and I have been shopping around for a few months and by far the best experience that we had with any dealership/salesman was with Mitchell. Other salesman from other dealerships were very pushy and said that it was too good to be true that we got the 4Runner that we were looking for and there must be a catch, but everything was very straightforward.
