I traded in my white 2017 Toyota Tundra SR5 loaded & in very good condition, & my white 2015 Subaru Forester Limited in excellent condition with very low miles for that year (both are on the used lot at th very good condition, & my white 2015 Subaru Forester Limited in excellent condition with very low miles for that year (both are on the used lot at this moment as of 2-12-23), for a '23 RAV4 Limited in the rare Wind Chill Pearl. ln the negotiations with Beck's people they were unwilling to budge at all on the sticker price, not even one dime! Where they ripped me off the most was on my trade ins. They only gave me $21k for the Tundra & $10k for the Forester! I showed them comparables from KBB & NADA & JD Powers on what they should be paying for those trade ins.🤬 The Subaru is worth more than $6k than what they gave me on the trade in & the Toyota more than $4k! They soured this deal with way undervaluing these vehicles from me when they could've easily paid more & still made several thousand dollars profit, keeping me in a reasonable range for a payment by just being a fair dealer. Which clearly they are not as the current sales price on both vehicles on their lot proves. I will not do business with these crooks ever again & highly advise anyone shopping for a new or used car to go to O'Brien Toyota a few miles away to maybe get a more fair & honest team. These guys are cut throats with no regard for the consumer! And on the same note, I was about to drop $800 on a remote start & alarm for the RAV4 only to find out from their parts guy that it already has one! The salesman hardly went over anything about the car & even tried to use the key fob to remotely start it when I came back & asked him! Never once did he mention the remote start nor that it is accessible through the Toyota app on my phone! Unbelievable these guys! 🙄Save yourself getting hosed & go elsewhere, anywhere but there! Lesson learned. More

My husband and 1 year old daughter went in to Beck to discuss buying a brand new Toyota hybrid on 12/30/22 only to have the most degrading experience. He basically tried to sale us on NOT buying with them. He never offered us a seat to go over car specifics the only thing he offered was requiring us to put a deposit down just to get on the list and that we would be charged $2,000 over MSRP listed on the website because we wanted hybrid. He showed us nothing, we literally stood in the lobby while he told us all the negative things, didn’t even tell us about other options. It was the worst experience we have ever had. We left and told him we were leaving because he felt very shady and the vibes were very off. I sure hope he doesn’t treat other families this way especially interracial families. More

We have purchased 4 cars and everyone we have had the pleasure of dealing with Owen. He has always given us a great deal and he even has given us advice on when to buy that has always paid off. Terrible assistance by Owen Webster. I am extremely disappointed with this establishment. My mother recently purchased a brand new 2019 Toyota Rav 4 just a few days ago and noticed a few I am extremely disappointed with this establishment. My mother recently purchased a brand new 2019 Toyota Rav 4 just a few days ago and noticed a few errors in the paperwork. She returned to the dealership to get everything in order and ended up talking to Mr.Webster. I received a call from her while she was there and she was sobbing. Mr.Webster was unbelievably disrespectful and belittled her throughout their entire conversation. She was simply trying to correct any financial mistakes that she saw in her file and he made the comment of “don’t you know you’re a grown woman?” and many other unacceptable comments of that sort. My mother is a very high class lady and does not accept behavior like this and for someone to address her disrespectfully. She clearly became upset and the conversation ended in him screaming “get the hell out.” If that doesn’t scream to you that this man is not meant for a job in customer service, then I don’t know what will. The other workers there, though, are great and helped us through the whole purchase and helped my mother calm down. If you choose to purchase a car from there, ask for Izzy, Dave, or Mike. If Mr.Webster is the only person you can speak to, leave and choose a different dealership. Carver Toyota is not too far from Beck Toyota. I simply suggest for anyone with a serious, reasonable mindset to steer very clear of Mr.Webster. Unbelievably poor service. More
