I just purchased a new GMC Sierra 2500HD from Royal. I decided to go to Royal based on my experiences with Mike in the service department, he was always straightforward and honest with me on the needs for decided to go to Royal based on my experiences with Mike in the service department, he was always straightforward and honest with me on the needs for my old truck, no BS. I worked with Amanda on buying the new truck, I had to order one because of the very limited supply from GMC. She was very helpful with what to get and all the various options. Once the truck was ordered she checked on the progress regularly and kept me informed. There were a couple of things that GM left out and she tracked those down and got them installed. Overall very good experience on buying the truck. Thanks Amanda. More

We had some issues with our vehicle that we paid cash!!!! We call our salesman, no response, then we called the service department , no response . We had to call twice to get someone to attend our issues wit We call our salesman, no response, then we called the service department , no response . We had to call twice to get someone to attend our issues with our call. Finally our car was repaired and the attitude of the service person (Mike) was some what rude and short in attitude. Frankly, we are not satisfied with the repairs. Have taken the car to Firestone!! More

Susan Tobin, my favorite cashier is retiring and I have such mixed emotions. She certainly deserves it but I will miss her so much!
