So naturally when I was in the market for a new car, this was the first and only place I visited. Mike Lancia, the sales rep, was fantastic. He is very easy to work with and never pressured me. He also found me my dream truck. Unfortunately it was at a partner dealership, but Mike had it sent over so I could check it out and test drive it. I loved it and ended up purchasing it. The service department installed my add-ons superbly. The whole financial process was very easy thanks to Joe Pezza, the business manager. He answered all of my questions an explained everything completely. This dealership is awesome which is why I traveled over a hour and a half to purchase my vehicle. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new car! More

I usually go into a dealership knowing exactly what I’m looking for. Mike Lancia made me feel comfortable, never pressured and always kept me notified of anything I might be interested in. When I finally did decide on something he went above and beyond to make the deal happen. It’s the first time I can say buying a vehicle was a pleasant experience. Above and Beyond I worked with Mike Lancia and he was wonderful; this is my second new car purchase with him at Flood Ford in three years, very supportive, listened I worked with Mike Lancia and he was wonderful; this is my second new car purchase with him at Flood Ford in three years, very supportive, listened to what I needed, walked me through the process each time and finally, showed me the features of the car and set up syncing my phone and followed up with me the next day.
