I've been thinking about getting a new car for a while now but found the process overwhelming since this was my first new car since graduating college. I met with Mike and told him what I was looking for. He was friendly, and thorough. Two weeks later a car came into the lot that he thought met my needs. Needless to say I loved the car!!!! Mike took care of all the nitty gritty details and all I had to do was show up and sign papers. It was a fast painless process and I appreciate Mike's assurance from beginning to end. Thanks Mike!
