I called Mike Cooney about a 2011 Ford Fusion I found on the internet. He was very accepting and was able to make a meet with me coming from Youngstown the next day. Upon arrival, I was helped by Terry Baughman and Mike Cooney. I am in my early 20's and a first time buyer. Terry and Mike both made it very simple and easy for me. The car was pulled up to the curb and ready for me to look at upon my arrival. They took the time to sit down with me and run through every different scenario and spec of the car. They even stayed later than they were suppose to because I decided to leave with the car that night. Terry Baughman and Mike Cooney were very helpful and friendly along with the entire Klaben staff. They even did follow-ups with me within the next few days after purchase. I would definitely recommend Klaben Ford to family or friends. More

Mike Cooney is amazing! I’ve leased two vehicles from him previously, and last night I bought the vehicle I’ve had my eye on getting for years!
