I came to Klaben, looking for a new car. Thinking this would help me establish my credit. I wanted a low monthly payment. When i was set up with Mike Cooney I let him know all of the things i wanted, incl would help me establish my credit. I wanted a low monthly payment. With my credit the way it was, mike help me understand that I could get a new car, but the best situation for me would probably be to get a new year used car and trade my Honda Civic in, Build my credit up with this car, once i do that and fullfil my payments, come back in to Klaben with a new established credit and get the New New car that i hae always wanted. I finally saw the big picture. We found the perfect car for me, it is the newest car ive ever owned. Also he got a deal i couldnt refuse. I truly thank Mike for everything he did! I will for sure be coming back to Klaben in the future. More

Mike was exceptional! He was prepared for my appointment and had a variety of cars that met my needs available for consideration. Mike cared that I was happy with my decision. We wrote the deal and Mike scheduled the first service appointment. Mike Cooney is terrific. He's always patient with us and helped us get the car we wanted. When we weren't able to get to the dealership in the morning he took care of much of the information from us ov and helped us get the car we wanted. When we weren't able to get to the dealership in the morning he took care of much of the information from us over the phone. The Escape was waiting for us to see when we arrived later that day. He explained all the features, linked my phone to Sync and as always, I know we can, and have, called him many times if we have any questions. Mike is knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
