He showed so much more than just professionalism, and helped me make the best purchase of my life. I came with the thought I was getting a new Sonata, and when he saw my curiosity towards the Kona he helped me prioritize what works best with everything I wanted, as well as remaining under my budget. His knowledge of the products and services made me feel comfortable asking questions, and his demeanor made it easy to not feel ashamed or embarrassed for asking what to him were probably basic questions. Overall, he used his knowledge and experience to help guide me in the right direction, and I could not be more satisfied with how the day went.
