Thank you Jon! !! I instantly felt like family from the first phone call, before I ever set foot in the place. Talking to Jon felt like talking to someone I have !! I instantly felt like family from the first phone call, before I ever set foot in the place. Talking to Jon felt like talking to someone I have known for my whole life. He showed so much more than just professionalism, and helped me make the best purchase of my life. I came with the thought I was getting a new Sonata, and when he saw my curiosity towards the Kona he helped me prioritize what works best with everything I wanted, as well as remaining under my budget. His knowledge of the products and services made me feel comfortable asking questions, and his demeanor made it easy to not feel ashamed or embarrassed for asking what to him were probably basic questions. Overall, he used his knowledge and experience to help guide me in the right direction, and I could not be more satisfied with how the day went. I say 5/5 stars, and if anyone is in the market for a new vehicle, you're doing it wrong if you aren't asking for Jon at ALM Hyundai Florence! More

The listed price is not the price advertised. They had a motor trend fee like 3000 and tried to justify it as it went through their shop for a 3 month 7500 mill warranty. Also paint and fabrics p They had a motor trend fee like 3000 and tried to justify it as it went through their shop for a 3 month 7500 mill warranty. Also paint and fabrics protection to protect the fabric and paint. I’m not sure about all of the extra charges. Might want to get pricing up front before engaging in negotiations. More

We went to ALM Hyundai to take a look at their used car inventory to replace one of our cars. Ended up buying a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. Jon was very helpful, answered all our questions, and allowed us to inventory to replace one of our cars. Ended up buying a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. Jon was very helpful, answered all our questions, and allowed us to take a couple of test drives in different vehicles until we decided on the vehicle we wanted to buy. He was not pushy, didn't follow us around the lot trying to get us to buy something we didn't want, and once WE were ready, he was there to help. This was the nicest dealership I've visited in some time where customer service really seems to be their focus, and not just another sale. More
