I wish I had a better experience because everyone was nice. First before I went in we had negotiated a price. Then of course upon getting there they went back to trying to charge full asking price and sa nice. First before I went in we had negotiated a price. Then of course upon getting there they went back to trying to charge full asking price and said they couldn't honor because person I spoke with wasn't a salesperson. Ended up getting the vehicle anyways and Jon noticed before I left to drive 2 hours home that tail light was out. Once I got home I asked them for 2 weeks for a replacement light since you couldnt change just the bulb and needed to change the whole thing. This was a struggle to get which they should have caught during safety inspection.Now 2 months later I cant renew my registration because their corporate office failed to obtain title from previous owner. As the same review states below, Dealership allowed a trade in with no secured Title. I have been driving around with expired tags. It was a very messy experience. Michael the manager there then informed me that because I left this review that they would not help with getting me a temporary tag. More
