I had visited 4 other dealerships when I found a car I liked and it was at Mungenast Lexus of St. Louis. My daughter and I made arrangements to go and see it. I even received a phone call from Ray Mungenast himself, thanking me for being a customer. Steve Zitko, our salesman, was the best, and made us feel comfortable, answering every question we had. I also have two other cars, a Mercedes Benz and a Porsche. Those dealerships fall a very distant second and third compared to Mungenast. I have been dealing with Mungenast for almost twenty years and have NEVER had a bad experience. Service folks have always made me feel comfortable and provide a loaner to drive if I need to leave my car for an extended period. Every person in the dealership is laser focused on the customer. Mungenast is the best. Period. More
