I have always enjoyed helping customers with their buying decisions....I know it's an important process. Seeing a happy customer always makes my day! I was raised in Webster Groves MO, then moved to SO CALI in 1983 and stayed for 22 years, then moved back to my roots in St Louis. I have been in the car business since 1995 and started my career in Southern California. My wife was one of my first customers many years ago and we now have 6 children and 9 grandchildren. I am very easy going and enjoy music and play a few instruments including guitar and piano. I believe in no pressure sales when it comes to doing my job.

The problem with dealership is they have a very aggresive marketing and it is on a high transit avenue. Way too many people walk in, so they can pick and choose who to deal with. I went to buy a CPO, had a s marketing and it is on a high transit avenue. Way too many people walk in, so they can pick and choose who to deal with. I went to buy a CPO, had a significant crack on the rear bumper, this is on a 39k suv, and the seller (Mike) said "if you want new, buy new" I had another seller (Mark) who refused to let me test drive a car until I brought in my trade-in, when they ran the numbers they offered 4k less than trade-in value, *is all because of the economy! Ran my vehicle with CARMAX, I almost got private value, sold it to them. *the only person I will miss is Sherry, super cool lady, only person who treated me fair and square at all times. More
