Review of Michael Matkosky I recently purchased a 5 Series BMW from BMW of Birmingham and Michael Matkosky spent an hour and a half of his time , his "genius," teaching us how t I recently purchased a 5 Series BMW from BMW of Birmingham and Michael Matkosky spent an hour and a half of his time , his "genius," teaching us how to use the navigation system, the different ways we can listen to music, news, sports, etc. He also showed us how to download our contact information, make calls, without taking our hands off of the wheel. We can now utilize the advantages of this car while eliminating distractions. He did all of this with a sense of humor and patience. He truly is a BMW Genius and a true asset to this dealership. More
