BMW genius Michael Matkosky has been extremely helpful in teaching me how to use many of the features of my new BMW m240i . Use of the i-controller and program Michael Matkosky has been extremely helpful in teaching me how to use many of the features of my new BMW m240i . Use of the i-controller and programming buttons to control the split screen are not well covered in the owners manual. The genius sessions have been very helpful in learning how to use these features. More

Truly Genius I had no idea that I would become acquainted with my new car in such a thorough and proactive way. Yes, the BMW X3 has lots of bells and whistles, and I had no idea that I would become acquainted with my new car in such a thorough and proactive way. Yes, the BMW X3 has lots of bells and whistles, and I suppose that over time I could have plowed through the Manual and learned a good bit. But the Genius who helped me was beyond my expectation in all ways. Systematically showed me how many things worked - never rushing, never exasperated, never showing any impatience or condescension. Not only did he refill my fuel, he facilitated getting my car washed! (Bonus) The technology that this car has is amazing. I would not ever have discovered or utilized the vast array of options without the expert tutorial of Mike Matkosky. As far as sales, Ed McGehee is the best. I've dealt with him in the purchase of 4 BMWs. He is knowledgeable, never pushy, and a pleasure to work with. I don't think you can pay a higher compliment than return business. More

He was completely knowledgeable about the car when I purchased it, and on my Encore visit he showed me a lot of capabilities I wasn't even aware the car had. Michael was ready to spend as much time as I needed and showed me the capabilities through actual examples. The Encore visit was very much worth it in my opinion. Much more worthwhile that I expected it to be, honestly. Love my new car, but looking forward to the next car I get at Birmingham BMW. More

BMA genius assist Michael Matkosky spent at least 90 minutes going over specific questions from parking to use of and pairing up of the backseat iPad. We also took the car on the interstate and he demonstrated the use of the cruise control.
