Awful communication and service Purchased an extended warranty with my used vehicle purchase. Once I sold the vehicle I went into the dealership to cancel the warranty on the car th Purchased an extended warranty with my used vehicle purchase. Once I sold the vehicle I went into the dealership to cancel the warranty on the car that was sold. I signed all the paperwork with Ron Durler and was told the refund would process and be in the mail to me in 4-12 weeks. 6 months have passed and no refund as well as my old policy on the vehicle I sold is STILL active.. I have called the dealership numerous times and left numerous voicemails with no response or call back. I have left multiple voicemails with the GM Greg Rothfeldt that have not been returned as well. The dealership is more than glad to sell you the extended warranty but not willing to be responsible in canceling the extended warranty when the vehicle is sold. I am now having to pursue legal action against this dealership for the issues listed above all because someone can NOT do their job! I would not advise anyone to do business with BMW of Birmingham now or in the future. Buyers beware! More

From the time I called, the receptionist sent me to the appointment scheduler - promptly- they were courteous and professional. When I walked in the door, I was greeted by my advisor- who checked me in fast and got me in and out in record time! I waited for 1.5 hours for my first maintenance - which is amazing. I waited in a well maintained, clean facility. The coffee bar was clean and delicious. They had new magazines, TV, wifi, and a children's area for my 5 year old. I purchased a t-shirt, tag, and spare key in the gift shop/retail area. Jim and Ken helped me with a smile. I looked at the 2016 BMW's on the exquisite showroom floor and Bruce and Sherrie came to talk to me about them. The friendly service I have experienced at BMW is welcoming and warm. I will be here for a very long time because I plan on being a repeat customer. More

EAGER TO PLEASE--every step of the way! I'm a new BMW owner. I knew what I wanted, so I had to order it… and wait. But Robert Brown kept me informed every step of the way from Germany to B I'm a new BMW owner. I knew what I wanted, so I had to order it… and wait. But Robert Brown kept me informed every step of the way from Germany to Birmingham! I was apprehensive about that fragile break-in period for a new car (this is my first new car in 25 years), but when I picked it up, they laughed and told me, "IT'S ENGINEERED TO DRIVE! JUST DRIVE IT!" And it has driven like a dream! (Was I really doing 95 mph to pass that car?) I didn't realize how hard all my other cars have been to drive! Tom Williams BMW is a huge dealership, so I figured I'd blend into the background after I made the purchase. Boy, was I wrong! Every time I've been there, people know my name, check on my concerns, and make sure I understand everything about my new car. The Encore Visit with Lee Kitchens was over-the-top! I ordered every gadget you can get on a BMW, so there has been much to learn! We were short on time due to my schedule, not his, but he made the most of every minute. It may not be a big deal to you, but I noticed that when he brought my car back after filling up the tank (part of the Encore experience), he replaced the seat position to MY setting. Little things count! I work A LOT, so I couldn't get out to the dealership for Karreem Battles to help me optimize my Harman Kardon sound system. No worries, he was able to talk me through it over the telephone! Al Fortunato was a prince in Service, and made me feel very comfortable. In short I highly recommend Tom Williams BMW for sales, finance, service, and the whole BMW experience! More
