Quick and Easy Michael was able to quickly get my windshield replaced when it broke unexpectedly heading into Memorial Day weekend. Excellent service 55 miles away I called to schedule an oil change for my Forester, but I made a stop at sheetz and grabbed lunch. But then the vehicles transmission would not transi I called to schedule an oil change for my Forester, but I made a stop at sheetz and grabbed lunch. But then the vehicles transmission would not transition to drive. I immediately called Mike Goodman since I had just spoken to him. He indicated what I needed to do, to have the shifter move, we’ll it worked. I proceeded to to Herb Gordon Dealing, I called to let him know eta of arrival. I arrived on time he was waiting for me and fixed the the issue. Due to the personal attentiveness and attention to additional concerns on my Subaru, I will definitely recommend Herb Gordon Subaru. By the way I live 6 hrs away in Sharon PA but work Baltimore and DC area, I will becoming back for service. Thanks Victor Mejia More

Great experience Fantastic customer service. Traveling through Maryland and had trouble with our Subaru. We spoke with Michael, a service advisor, who told us to com Fantastic customer service. Traveling through Maryland and had trouble with our Subaru. We spoke with Michael, a service advisor, who told us to come right in. Even though they were busy, Michael was happy to try to help us and fit us in. While waiting, we were offered drinks and snacks in a comfortable area of their showroom. Victor, the mechanic, quickly fixed our problem and got us back on the road. Herb Gordon Subaru went out of their way to help us with our Outback and we are so appreciative! More

Air bag recall and safety inspection Bought my Outback from them in January 2010. We have been living overseas for the past 6 years and finally returned back to MD this past summer. W Bought my Outback from them in January 2010. We have been living overseas for the past 6 years and finally returned back to MD this past summer. We received an air bag recall in the mail so we decided to go ahead get a safety inspection as well and get the Outback up to par with recommended services. I first dealt with Bob on my first call to Herb Gordon, made my appointment with him. Very friendly and got to meet him quickly when I dropped my car off. Then I dealt with Michael on the day of receiving my car rental and the day my car was in the shop. Micheal emailed and called with updates. Gave me the best price he could for everything. I feel that my Outback is safe and even more reliable now. Hope to have this car another 8 years. Thank you again!! More

Specialized Attention Mike Goodman from Service was quite skilled in management of the problems with my car and communication with me. Admittedly, he has a flood of customers and situations each day. But, he conveyed to me the importance of my needed repairs to this service department and my importance as a customer of his. As the situation complicated, his interest and communication expanded. I've had more than 40 years of ownership of a number of vehicles and dealings with any number of dealerships in the Mid-Atlantic states. Mike Goodman is a real pro and head and shoulders above many service personnel. Although I live in another state and will be returning home, Mike invited me to call him at any time to discuss aspects of the car and my experience and I expect to do so. Well done! More
