Mel makes the whole place worth going! Dealership repairs are expensive, but every time we have had a repair done our experience has made the cost worth the trip. The service department always treats us very well also, and we decided to get our new car from Honda of Ames based on our experience with their service department. When it comes time for another vehicle, we will most certainly come back to Honda of Ames. Thanks, Joel, for the extremely pleasant experience!. More

Smooth sailing dealing at Honda! We had a great experience and actually a fun time in our recent purchase at Honda of Ames. We traded our 2008 Honda Accord in for a 2014 Honda Accor We had a great experience and actually a fun time in our recent purchase at Honda of Ames. We traded our 2008 Honda Accord in for a 2014 Honda Accord. Doug Krogman was our main salesman and he was so friendly, helpful and patient with us! It was a pleasure to work with him. Joe Tigner who handled finances was so knowledgeable and helped us understand all his figures! The General Manager was so nice also and easy to work with. We have purchased cars from other dealerships before, but there is no comparison to Lithia of Ames. We had a great experience with Rich, Pete and Mel.
