A caring person This young man went above and beyond making sure i understood the vehicle, he delivered the car to my home and took back my old car, all this was done This young man went above and beyond making sure i understood the vehicle, he delivered the car to my home and took back my old car, all this was done after 9pm, i hope he was well compensated for his actions, employees like Pedro ( a person who care about the customer ) is hard to find. poor service resolution Collision dept just ripped off customers. They do not care about customers, or warranty, they just care about monies. Customer care is not in their Collision dept just ripped off customers. They do not care about customers, or warranty, they just care about monies. Customer care is not in their vocabulary....they don't do a good painting job, and they do not back it up........Collision dept need to be reviewed closer.....bad influence for Toyota....I being toyota fun for 40 yrs.....today my bad experience with above dept changed my mind.... These days, it is not often that a service team goes beyond the extra mile to ensure a client’s piece of mind and satisfaction. However, Matthew Nolan, Service Advisor took it upon himself to take every measure to ensure that my service experience was impeccable from beginning, to end. Poor managed, overworked service department I have been going to this dealer for over 6 years now for service work for my 07 FJ. In the past they have been outstanding in service. But alot has c I have been going to this dealer for over 6 years now for service work for my 07 FJ. In the past they have been outstanding in service. But alot has changed in the past year. Although it appears they have made changes to the service dept.. The service is anything but. June 27th 2016 I purchased 03 Echo. I came in with a coupon they mailed to me for a free tire rotation. I also wanted balancing that I new I was going to have to pay for. This service advisor tries to sell me everything under the sun. I tell him twice that the car has only has 15,000 MI. They charge me $62.00 for balancing.I later call the service advisor, he gives me a 50.00 card to use their. Today I visit for a oil change. They can't do it until next week. Today is Thurs, not a holiday weekend. I also tried scheduling online, I wait 5 days, no return call. I'm at Whesley Chaple Toyota now. I know we're I will be doing business for now on. More
