He was patient and endured several test drives of every car i was interested in, all without pushing. Things went quickly and easily when I finally Madre my decision. He and the dealership also let me take it to an independent BMW shop of my choice for complete inspection, and Matthew spent the time to drive it there while i followed to see it pin the road, and then he went back afterr a few hours to give plenty of time for the inspection. Overall one of the best used car buying experiences I've had and I've had several over the years. More

Matt Melone came in on his day off to show us a car and made sure that we got exactly what we wanted. The purchasing experience we had with Matthew and Gene was the best in the business. If I would have known of all the nightmares to follow, I would have bought somewhere completely different. I usually don't give such low reviews but the complete lack of communication and service deserves it. The 3rd party they use to do their window tint are complete amateurs with no experience. My car was at the service center for a total of 11 days while they tinted the windows over and over again. It took 4 times! I was told that I would be meeting with the owner, Jack, when I was going to pick up the car the final time, but nobody seemed to know where he was and he obviously doesn't seem to care. Colin originally started the re-tint process but couldn't get rid of us fast enough. The Shop Foreman, Steve, was very polite. When I dropped off the vehicle, nobody offered to help me unload my car or help carry in any of my stuff as I was juggling two kids with car seats and strollers every time. As of this review, we've had the car for two months and I can't get in touch with anyone to find out where my license plates are! Leaving messages and emails are completely useless with this place. It's amazing how our best car buying experience turned into an absolute horror. Maybe it's because we didn't buy a Mercedes-Benz or a BMW. More

An unexpected, yet amazing purchasing experience! I came to look at a vehicle with my daughter, but ended up buying a vehicle of my own after finding a deal I've been looking for at other dealerships I came to look at a vehicle with my daughter, but ended up buying a vehicle of my own after finding a deal I've been looking for at other dealerships for months. While my daughter filled out paperwork, Matthew showed me to a truck he thought might meet my specifications and I test drove and purchased an it in the time that my daughter bought her vehicle. I was blown away by the quality and versatility of the stock stock at CBB, and everyone I worked with was efficient, well-versed and transparent. It was a five-star experience! Gene and Matthew were both wonderful to work with and I can't recommend this dealership and their employees highly enough. Thank you for the unexpectedly easy and wonderful experience! More

I've never purchased a vehicle before, so I extensively researched what to expect and look out for during the process, but my newly acquired skills were rendered useless by the helpful and transparent staff at CBB. Matt was knowledgeable, personable and hustled to make sure my vehicle had everything I needed, and Gene was just as wonderful when the time came to finance my car. Nothing was unclear and everyone I spoke to had a passion for what they were doing- they love cars and care about their customers.
