All I wanted to do was buy a late model certified used car without any hassle. I had my own financing and a guaranteed price certificate from USAA but apparently the "price" didn't include the excessive document prep fees, dealer add ons for things I didn't want or need, and the wheels that were on the car when I test drove it. Steer clear of this place when shopping for your next vehicle. More

Took it to Chapman Ford who let me know filters had need I cannot think of a single thing I am unhappy with after my purchase. Bought a 2015 Mustang. Took it to Chapman Ford who let me know filters had needed to be replaced and pointed out minor cosmetic issues. Cert Benz & Beemer took care of all the issues even though I had missed them at the time of purchase. Truthfully, I did have some trouble getting customer service to get me an appointment. But once Trevor Gaiser reached out it was end to end customer care. Not only did he set up the appointment to address my concerns but he followed up after the appointment to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommended CBB to anyone looking for a new car. More
