New Renegade purchase My husband and I had visited the car show in Milwaukee. We had the opportunity to drive a Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. Quite impressive. The young lady th My husband and I had visited the car show in Milwaukee. We had the opportunity to drive a Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. Quite impressive. The young lady that rode along with us was extremely knowledgable. We were pretty well decided that we would purchase this vehicle sooner than later. After visiting another Jeep dealership in Milwaukee we were unable to come to a purchase price agreement and left the dealership without purchasing. After going through SAMs club I received a call from Tonya at Palmen who in turn invited us in to the dealership. Our visit was very pleasant and at the end of our test drive we were able to come to a good price on the new vehicle and a good trade in on our car. Buying a car isn't usually a good experience but Matt proved that wrong. We will be back next year, 2017, when my husbands lease is up on his jeep. I give the dealership and mostly our salesman two thumbs way up. More

A Big waste of time The whole ordeal was a nightmare. I filed for a loan on line and was called to come in so I did and test drove the mini van and filled out more paper The whole ordeal was a nightmare. I filed for a loan on line and was called to come in so I did and test drove the mini van and filled out more paper work this was on a Saturday and after I was there for a couple of hours I was told the banks were closed and they would let us know on Monday, Than on Monday Matt G called and said now they needed my last pay stubs and w-2. Then on Monday they said I need a co signer and I said no so they were suppose to give me back my $500 deposit and they have not so far and now Wednesday Matt sent me an e-mail thanking me for my purchase of a new car. Stay clear they don't know what they are doing and you can see that their customer service is no good. I would not recommend by anything from Palmen. More

The resp I had a great experience with the Palmen team including Tonya who answered my internet request and Matt who showed me the car of my inquiry. The response was quick and my questions and requests were answered very quickly. Matt had the car washed and sitting out front for me to view. He had great knowledge and was very friendly and helpful. He also took additional photos for me to look at prior to my arrival. When I returned to pick up the vehicle Matt also helped me return my rental vehicle. Great job Matt! Thanks so much! More

Good Experience We have been looking at vehicles on line so we knew pretty much what we were looking for however we had not gone to any dealerships at this point. We were in town visiting family coming from north of WI Dells and decided to stop. Matt Gastaldi and Steve Schwaab were both very friendly and helpful. Needless to say, 2 hours later we were walking out of the dealership with a brand new 2015 Jeep Compass. I absolutely love it and would definitely go back. More

Lowest Price / lowest respect I inquired about a vehicle and was told Palmen would probably be cheapest. They were. Here are some other things they were - pushy. I inquired about cars. He showed me them and said time and again, they wont take your offer, its too low, even though it was above my budget and he knew it. They took the offer and then when I said whoa, not what I had in mind, he got angry, told me I was never gonna see a better offer and stormed off, cigarette in hand. I left. Even though I feel as though I am rewarding bad behavior I still bought a from them because of price. Today i bought a nice vehicle there, and in the process of dealing with the business manager, was asked to fill out a paper that clearly said only sign if completely filled out. It was not, when I asked about it, the bus manager said "dude, what do you care, it doesnt even matter" what? This is shady. While the replacement salesman today was pleasent as could be, helpful and polite, I would suggest dealing with Palmen only if you have thick skin, and can take your car purchasing with a side of rudeness. More
