I had a great experience at Toyota of Cleveland. Matthew Frady was my salesperson and Alfred Polk was my financial person. They were both excellent. Mike Covington attempted to locate one at another dealership for me. When this was not successful Matthew worked with me to order what I wanted. Matthew was awesome. He kept me abreast of the arrival of my new vehicle. He lined up to have the black fabric seats replaced with gray leather ones. He definitely goes above and beyond for his customers. I highly recommend Matthew. These 3 associates made my vehicle purchasing experience great! More
