They sold me certified 2015 camry with painted bumper Nori sales lady and the whole team, should work in a small dealer to learn how to be honest and to keep their promises to the customers. Nori, sold me a certified 2015 Camry and she never disclosed that the rear bumper is painted, for sure i am not sure if they replaced the whole bumper or repainted the old one and what the reason of that? When i asked her, she said yes and they have the reason to not disclose any repairs if its coast less than $500!!! If i will go to the dealer asking for a new bumper and paint how much will coast? Second i got my car with 12k miles warranty, one week later went back to them because i heard noise from the heating vents when i turn the heat, back on march 2019. With only 5 minutes test drives they wasn’t able to figure out the reason. From two weeks when the cold weather is back and i turned on the heat, i got the same noise, i went back they figured out the heat motor blower need to be replaced with $450 and they declined to change it for free, because i had more than 12k now on my car. Third, on the first visit also, i complained that i am having like a tapping noise from the end of my car, also they didn’t get it when i went there. In my last visit the technician checked my car and said the noise coming from the tension bar clip for my trunk and its damaged, now i figured out that my car was in an accident before they sell it to me. How come a camry 2015 with almost 66000k now and has all these problems. They’re are the worst place. Professionalism...from Start to Finish! My initial contact w/ DCH Freehold Toyota was via email. Christine & her assistant Lisa replied immediately w/ certified pre-owned RAV4 confirmations. My initial contact w/ DCH Freehold Toyota was via email. Christine & her assistant Lisa replied immediately w/ certified pre-owned RAV4 confirmations. No delayed replies, no generic/universally formatted replies, they emailed me direct! My family & I arrived @ DCH, & we met w/ Christine who introduced us to Pete. He sat & spoke w/ us, discussed our preferences, viewed our choices, & further narrowed our list, as well as explaining why. Pete was great! He never stopped working w/ us (or for us!) Pete answered our questions & concerns, & offered us privacy to discuss among ourselves...with absolutely no pressure. Pete introduced us to Matt who worked w/ us as well, very professional, & again, no pressure. With the finish line in sight, I met w/ Chad, who was very thorough, explaining all options, & answering any financial questions...Chad basically explained "how much for how much!" Period! Perfect! Also, Kudos! to the employees who (as finalization was taking place) were cleaning and detailing the vehicle. When I left, my RAV4 looked brand new. More

We had a great experience at DCH. I was looking for a good deal on a 2017 truck but found such an awesome price on a brand new 2018 Highlander at DCH.
