I purchased a used vehicle that needed four repairs but GM was on strike so it sat in service for months waiting on parts. Very friendly and helpful staff. Mary Lou was fantastic, very pleasant, attentive without pressure which was important to me. She walked us thru every step and the paperwork easily.
