Who could ask for anything more?/ My Toyota Solara is the very best car I have ever owned. I bought it new at Elk Grove Toyota, and have faithfully taken it in for service as recommen My Toyota Solara is the very best car I have ever owned. I bought it new at Elk Grove Toyota, and have faithfully taken it in for service as recommended. I have had many different makes of cars over the years, and had some good service experiences, some ordinary ones, and a few stinkers. But, until I bought my Toyota, I had never had truly excellent service experiences. Everyone at Elk Grove Toyota has delivered superior service, no matter what their position or title. I have always been treated with courtesy and professionalism, whether it is on the telephone or at the dealership. Any question that I have asked has been answered clearly and helpfully. The excellence of the service, in addition to my dependable, enjoyable to drive, and attractive car has converted me from a brand hopper to a loyal Toyota driver. Thanks to everyone. More

Professional and efficient I live a good distance away so I have tried several different Toyota dealerships. Elk Grove Toyota is by far my favorite. They are always busy, but I I live a good distance away so I have tried several different Toyota dealerships. Elk Grove Toyota is by far my favorite. They are always busy, but I'm always happily surprised at how efficient and smoothly they run despite all the customers. They are so helpful and professional. When I had problems with my radio they listened to my concerns and worked hard to fix it. Mark was so helpful and professional. Now the issue is resolved and I am a loyal customer! More

Could of been better The service person who assisted me was a great help! Was able to get my car in for a full system flush the following day eventhough I didn’t have an a The service person who assisted me was a great help! Was able to get my car in for a full system flush the following day eventhough I didn’t have an appointment for it since I was originally there to get an Oil Change but he had informed me I would of be wasting money by paying for the oil change if I was plannig to do the system flush in a couple weeks so I decided to just leave the car over night so they could get to doing the full system flush the next morning. My biggest issue was when I came to pick up my car and get the keys from the cashier’s I paid for the service that got done to my car. Then once I paid they informed me someone will be coming to bring my car out yet noone ever did/could since they had gave me the keys to my car. So I was waiting 20 minutes for someone to bring my car out to the front and nothing. I had went back to the cashier’s desk after 10 minutes of waiting and the lady working the desk said Oh they should be soon they probably just parked my car far away yet I still had the keys to the car. More

Damaged my vehicle on first visit but friendly center I hate to give a poor review as all my visits to any Toyota service have been 5 stars. Went into Elk Grove Toyota for a routine maintenance. 1.5 hou I hate to give a poor review as all my visits to any Toyota service have been 5 stars. Went into Elk Grove Toyota for a routine maintenance. 1.5 hours after I left, they called to ask me to check if my car was leaking oil. The advisor told me the mechanic struggled to open my oil filter cap and used some "muscle" and had noticed leakage under my car but was not certain if it was from my car. To my disappointment, oil was dripping under my car when I checked and my license plate was bent forward and half my souvenir plate frame was gone. I was running errands with my small child and was driving the car for about 2 hours by the time I returned home. I was nervous to drive it back to the center 20 minutes away, but thankfully, they sent out their tow service the next day. Staff is friendly and very helpful, but this was a little careless and I'm not sure why the advisor and myself, were notified 1.5 hours after I had picked up the car. I should have not left the lot with it, if there were any doubt in the safety of my car. More

Excellent and Knowledgeable Customer Service! Primal, Miguel, Mark, and Romy, not only are friendly people but also are very knowledgeable of the so many aspects of Toyota Customer Service......th Primal, Miguel, Mark, and Romy, not only are friendly people but also are very knowledgeable of the so many aspects of Toyota Customer Service......they will walk and help you the whole 9 yards just to make sure you are very satisfied with the result of your service requirement and car ownership.
