Was denied for maintenance service, the service writer acted like he didn’t want to be there to do my car, and he told me to not do the maintenance. I walked out to never return again. I have had average to below average customer service at this dealership each time I have gone in and this time was no exception. The printer wasn't working so it took longer (which happens, so I don't rat this dealership each time I have gone in and this time was no exception. The printer wasn't working so it took longer (which happens, so I don't rate badly for that) but traditionally when I get service, I ask if there are any active sales or coupons. I asked the Service Rep and he immediately said no, without even looking. I ended up going to their online website and found 4-5 coupons that applied to my service requested. The cashier seemed like she didn't want to be there which is not good when you are taking people's money and asking them to rate your service. More

Toyota Elk Grove service department personnel are always friendly and knowledgeable. Mark Kleefled greeted me when I arrived and explained exactly what service they were providing and when my vehicle would friendly and knowledgeable. I can't recall the names of all the service advisers over five years. I just remember Mark, but all of them were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I even dealt with a couple of the technicians, and they, too, were great. More
