We are a small business that operates out of Parker County and surrounding areas. We were looking to add another F-250 to our current fleet of (2). In a span of 1 week, twice we located via the interne County and surrounding areas. We were looking to add another F-250 to our current fleet of (2). In a span of 1 week, twice we located via the internet, several stock #’s showing trucks available and then contacted the Ford dealership (not 5 Star) located in Parker County that we bought our previous F-250 from and I personally have purchased many vehicles from in the last 15 years. We were told that these were sold already and offered a different model of F-250/350. We then contacted another Ford dealership in White Settlement that was a complete disaster filled with lack of knowledge, price gouging and complete disrespect. Using CarPro.com/certified-dealer-search we were immediately put in touch with the closest dealer that would turn out to be an absolute dream when it comes to a no hassle, streamlined approach to buying a new car/truck. Rick Dike was our sales consultant and he went to bat for us right away. Our deepest gratitude to Rick Dike to Mark Ake with financing, thank you so much for your transparency and understanding to our wants and needs.
