Kind ,courteous and zero pressure. I visited a few times trying to narrow what I really wanted with my budget. I knew there were things I would have to give up compared to previous veh I visited a few times trying to narrow what I really wanted with my budget. When I narrowed down to 2 and still had small doubts but made a decision, Crystal made a last search and put together what she knew would fix my doubts. I was very happy and impacted budget very little. Five Star Ford is my go-to dealership, just as Crystal Sanders is my go-to anytime I need a new vehicle. I have bought a few from her through the years and plan to go back again next year. Sam in the aftermarket dept. is great to work with too, and last, you can't have a great dealership without a great service team to back you up, we bought one new truck and went back to buy a used car for my son, there was a minor issue with the car during the test drive, we purchased it and 5 Star service said, we will call you when we its fixed, they fixed it, and we are happy with the car! My husband and I had a great experience with Five Star Ford. John and Crystal were amazing and so helpful when we decided to buy a truck there. We were able to get my husbands car appraised for a trade in Ford. John and Crystal were amazing and so helpful when we decided to buy a truck there. We were able to get my husbands car appraised for a trade in and make it to dinner for my moms birthday while they worked to get everything going. When we got back they had the numbers for us and worked with us to make sure we were happy with the deal and truck! Especially since we were from out of town and it was a Saturday night.
