He sat down with us to learn more about what we were looking for, helped us find out how much car we could afford, and worked really hard to get us what we really wanted at a price we can afford on a fixed income so we wouldn't have to settle for something that would be serviceable but not what we really needed. Marco also went above and beyond the call of duty by fulfilling my request for some balloons to take to my 2 year old granddaughter who is having a birthday next week. And though she was excited by getting balloons, she was more excited by my new minivan. She got in and looked around, and said, "This is awesome, Gram!"
