Making a service call gone bad, right again After making an appointment for an oil/oil filter change and a tire rotation, I arrived and waited and left within 1 1/2 hrs. without my car being tou After making an appointment for an oil/oil filter change and a tire rotation, I arrived and waited and left within 1 1/2 hrs. without my car being touched. I had another appointment to attend. I live 50 min. away. I spoke with the service manager about my experience and how I didn’t have time to bring my car back for awhile. Curt had someone get my car the next day and left a car for me to drive. My car was serviced without my leaving home. I am appreciative of their customer service. My “bad” experience was washed away.
