Very organized. Excellent service. Everyone I worked with was attentive, helpful, and accommodating. A problem with a faulty radio was ordered and fixed quickly. Jecson Perez (JP) first assessed the issue an was attentive, helpful, and accommodating. A problem with a faulty radio was ordered and fixed quickly. Jecson Perez (JP) first assessed the issue and ordered a new radio right away. Marc Seigel kindly expedited the replacement and also noted a tear in a wiper blade. Of which when I asked to get fixed, he got a very nice serviceman to do it right away. The gentleman in the parts department was also friendly and accomodating. I would highly recommend East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Service Center. I am giving everyone in the service department 5 stars since they all seemed to work in a team effort. More

Marc Siegel was amazing. From start to finish, his level of service was unmatchable. He thoroughly explained every procedure that would be done to my car during this visit. I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE. I WAS YELLED AT AND LEFT WITHOUT A LOANER CAR FOR A WEEK. THE ORIGINAL PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE BUT THE MANUFACTUER WAS NICE ENOUGH TO COVER AN AFTER MARKET PART UNDER THE LEFT WITHOUT A LOANER CAR FOR A WEEK. THE ORIGINAL PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE BUT THE MANUFACTUER WAS NICE ENOUGH TO COVER AN AFTER MARKET PART UNDER THE WARRENTY.
