The BEST car-buying experience EVER! My husband and I were ready to trade in our van and wanted to buy a car that would be hassle and worry free for a long time to come. We visited different dealerships and test drove about a dozen cars. We drove a Subaru Forester at Subaru Superstore. Ron Lundberg and new sales associate Wayne Martini were both very helpful. Ron reiterated Subaru's safety record and reliability. Wayne detailed the Forester's many safety features and explained aspects of the engine under the hood. Their product knowledge was impressive. The test drive moved it to our top choice. Together Ron and Wayne helped us get the car of our dreams for a great price! Marc Dicino guided us smoothly through the purchasing paperwork and Bryan Marz helped us understand the new technology found inside and outside the car. Each person was courteous and attentive to our concerns, which made us feel comfortable during the buying process. It is obvious that caring for the customer and striving to find the right car for each one is at the core of this dealership's values. We have no doubt it is the reason for their continued success. For what Rubicon's go for and the upgrades it was the best deal I could fine over the last few months including Craigslist (Jeep owners think their Jeep is worth its weight in Gold) Guess that will be me next. Anyhow everyone was professional, courteous. Good pricing easy financing even with a credit ding, good rate. Probably the best dealings I have ever had with a dealership. More

Great experience I went into Subaru Superstore to look at a used car I had found on their online inventory. We went on two test drives within a week, one with Seton an I went into Subaru Superstore to look at a used car I had found on their online inventory. We went on two test drives within a week, one with Seton and one with Charlie. Both were very patient, knowledgable and friendly. Even though the car I was test driving was not a Subaru, they provided very valuable information about the car. The salesmen provided all of the details about what the dealership has invested into the car-the list was very impressive! I ended up buying the car and am so impressed with the whole car buying process from this dealership. I was never pressured to buy, there were no silly added on fees like other dealerships have, and they reconditioned the vehicle very well. Seton and Charlie went above and beyond to make this experience awesome for us. Mark handled our financing and he was also great. The finance process was quick and easy. I love my new car and I definitely recommend this dealership! More

We started with emails obtaining the information we needed to justify the trip to the dealership. We worked out options and price and filled out the application on line so everything was ready if we decided to buy. There was no surprises everything went very smooth. We worked with sales associate Charlie Webb, he was very patient and knowledgable and prompt in getting our questions answered by email and in person. We would highly recommend him. The finance manager Marc Dicino was also very patient and knowledgeable. The next morning I was at the dealership to get an accessory for the car and was waiting in the lobby for a manager. While talking on my cell phone the parts manager Russ Schwartzman overheard my conversation and came out of his office to see if he could help. He had my problem solved right away. I was very impressed and thankful. This was the second car we purchased from Subaru Superstore both times it was an excellent experience. More

Well taken care of during the entire buying process I have had a long relationship with this dealership and have always been well cared for. Mike Harris has been my service representative for many years and now, Chris Campbell has been added to my list of Subaru experts when it comes to making a new car purchase. He was very patient with me as I waded through some extraneous details before being able to make a purchase. When I was ready, Chris was able to come up with a deal from which I just couldn't walk away. I think that it was Josh (Decker?) who also played an important role in finalizing this transaction. And Marc Dicino helped us literally fly though the paperwork process. Thanks to you all. More
