My experience at Subaru Superstore was very positive. Having been given the run-around at different dealership, I was surprised by how honest and upfront the employees were. This is our third Suparu Ourback. Mike Harris has been in charge of maintaining our other cars. He does a great job. Larry Jones sold us our new Outback. He was very good and helpful. This dealership is hands-down the best, in my opinion. When you walk in you are greeted by warm, friendly people, not the usual suspects you find at a dealership. We had been contemplating a new car, but hadn't decided when. We arrived at the Subaru Super Store to have the oil changed in ou4 2008 Outback. While we waited in extremely customer friendly waiting area, my husband explored the sales floor. John Dye answered his questions and helped us find out what our old car was worth. The whole experience was so much fun. We left with our new 2012 Outback feeling very satisfied. If you want a great experience in a clean and friendly place, you have to go to the Subaru Super Store!!!! More

Mike Rigney took our phone call and gave us directions to the dealership. He kindly asked if we had an associate we were working with and when we did not he offered his services. I love my new 2012 Subaru Impreza WRX. It's gorgeous. The ordering process was easy and fun and the sales process was a breeze. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and helpful in explaining all the ordering process was easy and fun and the sales process was a breeze. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and helpful in explaining all the steps we were taking. Steve gave us a fair value on our trade-in and explained his reasoning. Sheri walked us through the ins-and-outs of the car. I was delighted by Marc's explanation of the extended warranty and LoJak programs (who knew my car would be in such demand). I was glad to add the awesome warranty and LoJak to protect our investment. Everyone made sure that all of our questions were answered. We were tickled to find out the dealership is PET FRIENDLY, too (even though we didn't bring our dogs). The sales process was also pretty quick. We went to pick up our car at the end of the day and I got a little hungry, so I was happy to have a complimentary banana and some tea (just so I didn't get cranky). I have already tweeted about my awesome experience and I posted pictures all over my facebook page. GREAT JOB! More
