The salespeople were extremely friendly, team oriented (several helped us while our salesperson Seton was with another customer) and very knowledgeable. I've told many friends and family about my no-hassle negotiations and all-around pleasant (yes, buying a car can be a pleasant thing...really) experience. I would highly recommend Seton and the Subaru Superstore to everyone. More

My First Car, Love it!!! Bought my First car on 3/1/2015. Subaru Forester XT Charlie greeted me on my first visit and was very helpful in showing around all the different models. He is very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. He is very honest and even though I was not buying on my first visit he did not try to force the matter and offered a test drive. Charlie was busy on my second visit and asked Seton to answer my questions. Seton is very enthusiastic salesman. He took me on a test drive and carefully explained all the functions in the car. He helped me a lot in narrowing down the choices and selecting my awesome satin white pearl (that's what the catalog says). I got an Intel employee discount. I would also thank Marc, Charlie and Seton for helping me expedite my car insurance and financial paperwork. Although Charlie wasn't directly working with me, he dropped by time to time to ask how things were going. I highly appreciate that. Seton also setup the blue tooth and a few other car functions.He also gave very handy advise for taking care of my new car. Above all he drove all the way down to my residence in this inclement weather to hand me my plates. Overall it was a wonderful experience that went through much smoothly than I would have anticipated. I would highly recommend this dealership, Charlie and Seton to all my friends and other potential car buyers. More

We were greeted by a patient, exceptionally nice, family man named Carlos Otero. He went way above and beyond any dealer we had dealt with on that-way too long- weekend of car shopping. Even Mark, one of the managers, was very friendly and straightforward. We never felt slighted, cheated or like we were in the dark on anything! They wanted to make sure we were happy even if we didn't buy a car from them. Their facility was pristine AND dog friendly. The staff is kind and helpful. We drove away with a full tank of gas and a few gracious add-ons to our beautiful 2008 outback and could not have been happier. After going for a road trip and enjoying our car around town for a few weeks, the darn thing got stuck in first gear! We were terrified of the inevitably outrageous estimate we would get to diagnose and fix the car up in Flagstaff(home) so we called the superstore for answers. Not only did Subaru Superstore of Chandler look at the transmission, but they sent us a loaner car for the time being, ordered a broken pin, fixed her up good(thank you Kevin!) and for not a single penny. No joke. Not a penny. Once again, we could not be happier! More

Joey listened to our demands and was able to bring us what we wanted. His knowledge about Subaru cars was great and could answer all of our questions. Although we only talked to Josh on the phone and emails, he returned my emails and phone calls very quickly and was able to answer questions we had before deciding to go to this dealer. We had no issues with their finance department. Marc explained all of the additional benefits Subaru offered with a professional manner. We drove more than 100 miles and feel that it was well worth it. More
