I purchased both of mine from Frank and he sold three of my friends Subarus. Everyone there is so nice and friendly and go out of their way to help you, service department included. So misleading and disappointing I have a credit issue and did some research on how to improve it. It led to me being contacted by this dealership. To summarize; after listening to ve I have a credit issue and did some research on how to improve it. It led to me being contacted by this dealership. To summarize; after listening to very encouraging news for 3 hours, they offered me a deal that the over all price of the car was inflated over 400%, would not budge on the 72 month term. I consider this dealership to be predators. If that wasn't enough, they continued to repeatedly submit my credit information to financial institutions for the next 3 months. I was force to join a credit monitoring service and I am still working on it getting it resolved. Not only would i not recommend them, i am educating myself on my rights and legal action against them. Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had while simply trying to purchase a vehicle. Just a note, I purchased a beautiful Altima with low mileage and loaded, from a different local dealer, by the end of the same day. They managed to even reduce my payments and terms, with a second chance package, and I ended up with a vehicle well beyond my expectations. I highly recommend that anyone try any of the many other dealerships in the area before offering any personal information to this place. More

Honest and quick to give a good deal! I worked with Kaleb. He was willing to give me a quote that was the most competitive after I had checked with 15 different dealers in a 100 mile radiu I worked with Kaleb. He was willing to give me a quote that was the most competitive after I had checked with 15 different dealers in a 100 mile radius of where I live. After bargaining with a dealer closer to home, that deal fell through because they couldn't locate the car I wanted. But Kaleb came back with a lower bid and the exact car I wanted. He made it an easy decision for me to buy my car at Valley Subaru! More

Subaru Ascent 2019 I knew the Ascent was great from the reviews but once I test drove it I was sold. We worked with Caroluse who was GREAT.
