Next which is high on our list, we like the approach of the sales team; low pressure and knowledgeable accompanied by the desire we only purchase what we want, nothing more, nothing less. We also appreciate the experience of the service department. We’ve only had two issues with our Outbacks over the past ten years. The service department was committed to repairs and regular service to keep the cars performing to the quality of the reputation. Thanks to Charlie, Matt, and Frank, we’re driving cars that serve and suit our needs and lifestyle! More

I could go else and I have performed my due diligence by looking at other dealerships but always come back to this one. What is different here? A fair trade-in and a better purchase offer with honest information. Frank Smith spent a significant amount of time with my husband and I. Frank's goal is buyer satisfaction and a comfortable car buying process and my recent experience was just that. I sincerely recommend other potential buyers to come to this dealership. More

Our salesman, Greg, was really friendly but not in an awkward way, we didn't feel like we were acting or that thinking out loud made us feel exposed. Very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, let us drive multiple vehicles and take our time. They were very thorough and gave us information we didn't think to ask about, but also were considerate of our time when we needed to wrap things up quickly at the end. Oh, and we got a great deal! I would definitely go to Valley Subaru (and Greg) again and recommend them to friends. More

Best experience to date In my lifetime, I've bought about 12 cars and two motorcycles. None of those experiences top working with Frank. Five years ago I bought a Forester In my lifetime, I've bought about 12 cars and two motorcycles. None of those experiences top working with Frank. Five years ago I bought a Forester from Valley and the sales person was average at best (no longer there). I noticed Frank working with customers and realized they all seemed happy. I remembered that when buying a car 3 years ago and worked with Frank then only to land on a used car on Craig's List. Frank was gracious then which caused me to seek him out a few weeks back for what we knew would be an Outback purchase. All went extremely smoothly from working with Frank, to negotiating with the sales manager (it was nice to work directly with he and Frank vs. the traditional ping-pong of the salesman between the customer and sales manager), through the pick up with Frank and paperwork with Maher. All were professional and respectful. Would highly recommend Valley after that experience. More
