From the very beginning we were warmly welcomed, with no feeling of pressure at all. We were looking for a Mazda Cx-5 for my daughter as she had a chance to drive her friends on a trip a short while ago. feeling of pressure at all. We were shown a few different trim levels by Veronica and they had one on the lot we were very interested in. Since this was just the beginning of our search we told Veronica we still wanted to have a chance to look around at other dealers as well She completely understood and said if there was anything else she could do just to let her know. We were not passed off to another sales person or sales manager before we left like so many dealers do. After looking at various other options we decided to return the next day for a test drive. This time we were warmly welcomed by a sales person named Nic. He explained Veronica would be off for a few days but he would be available to assist us any any way. We took a test. drive and knew right away this young man had a complete knowledge of this car and i mean a complete knowledge. We spent quite some time looking over the car in much detail and again and zero pressure from Nic. We left knowing we wanted this car but still wanted to have a little more time to think about it. We decided to come back the next morning take it for one more test drive and then make an offer. We knew from looking, the car was fairly priced but of course we wanted to make a deal. They would only drop a few hundred dollars but knowing the car was a Certified Pre Owned( it was a 2021 that looked like a brand new car) that would come with an additional year in the warranty we were happy with the deal. I can’t say enough about our sales person Nic It was his great demeanor, so helpful, and zero pressure that basically was the deciding factor for us purchasing this vehicle. When we went the next day to pick it up Nik literally sat in the car with us for two hours going over every single feature of the car until we had complete understanding of everything. We drove off the lot to say the least, a completely a satisfied customer and Im sure we will be back again. Thank you Huntington Beach Mazda! More

I did my research and came back to HB Mazda! Tyson was straight forward and honest from the beginning. He returned my texts promptly even after I purchased my CX-30.
