Luan Nuriu has been in the automotive industry for 36 years. Luan’s career began with Nissan in the early 80’s and under his direction Luan grew the service operation into the largest Nissan Service Department in the USA. After 11 years with Nissan Luan moved to a Honda/VW/Suzuki franchise where he became known as the industry leader in Customer Satisfaction. Then in the late 90’s Luan went “High Line” and became the Service Director at Mercedes Benz of Miami, one of the largest dealerships in South Florida. During his 8 years with Mercedes Benz Luan’s service department became known for performing the “Job Right the 1st Time”. Luan joined in Audi 2004, and since joining Audi Luan’s service operations have consistently performed in the “Top 10%” in the USA.

I'm disappointed in this car brand. I need to start the car engine twice for the car to start. It can never detect the key at all, This is super frustrating because this is a BRAND NEW I need to start the car engine twice for the car to start. It can never detect the key at all, This is super frustrating because this is a BRAND NEW CAR. I took it to service and they did NOT fix my problems. The sensors of the cars don't work properly, it wasn't able to detect nearby cars (the light doesn't work at all) It's off and on and some times super slow to warn me. If I realized this issue not sooner, I would have been in a car accident. This is a safety hazard. The car is not able to sense my keys at all and I have only driven it 738 miles. I pay so much for a car but I got a car that is low in quality and is a safety hazard for me and other drivers. More

I drive an hour and a half to get my free oil change, it was fine until they didn’t properly put the undercar shield, a couple screw fell out and it was screeching. I had to wait until next week to come bac was fine until they didn’t properly put the undercar shield, a couple screw fell out and it was screeching. I had to wait until next week to come back so they can fix it. This nice salesman apologized profusely and offered to fill my gas tank up.
