Luan Nuriu has been in the automotive industry for 36 years. Luan’s career began with Nissan in the early 80’s and under his direction Luan grew the service operation into the largest Nissan Service Department in the USA. After 11 years with Nissan Luan moved to a Honda/VW/Suzuki franchise where he became known as the industry leader in Customer Satisfaction. Then in the late 90’s Luan went “High Line” and became the Service Director at Mercedes Benz of Miami, one of the largest dealerships in South Florida. During his 8 years with Mercedes Benz Luan’s service department became known for performing the “Job Right the 1st Time”. Luan joined in Audi 2004, and since joining Audi Luan’s service operations have consistently performed in the “Top 10%” in the USA.

Peace of mind from the Service Team at Audi Coral Springs ! As I was driving near the dealership one of my lights came on. I called my service advisor Eric from my car, and he told me to stop in. They took the car in and gave me a loaner so I did lose any time from work. They fixed I and I picked it up that evening .. BEST PART ....it was WASHED too !! Eric is the BEST !!!! I love my Audi, and the peace of mind I get from the service dept. just makes it all that much better !!! More

I own two audis and have had both serviced exclusively at Coral Springs Audi only because of the excellent service staff. However, due to long travel distance of fifty-plus miles one way, if it weren't for Coral Springs Audi only because of the excellent service staff. Although my Audi A8 was bought at the Audi Coral Springs, I live on Miami Beach and therefore was looking into an Audi service dept. closer to home to begin a relationship with. It was thru an email about my I live on Miami Beach and therefore was looking into an Audi service dept. closer to home to begin a relationship with. It was thru an email about my warranty that I spoke with the Coral Springs Internet Manager Gino Walsh. To my delight he won me over to his service dept. by rolling out the red carpet! He explained with enthusiasm that my Audi A8 purchase entitled me to a FIRST CLASS CONCIERGE SERVICE. And boy did I get it! My (amazing) side assist system had failed and I wanted it repaired. Gino suggested and arranged for my car to be picked up at my home and a courtesy A6 brought over... via FLATBED. Incredible! Then Luan, the Service Manager personally took down the notes on what to check on the car, like the gas tank flip door, giving me a problem. Steve, the Service Advisor then called to say the job was done and they had even reconditioned my wheels in a complimentary program. WOW! All in all, it was a remarkable team that unfolded this "Flagship" program in my first experience servicing my A8. I can't wait for the 5,000 mile check...!!! I am impressed and grateful. Obviously Coral Springs Audi went the extra extra miles for me! More
