Luan Nuriu has been in the automotive industry for 36 years. Luan’s career began with Nissan in the early 80’s and under his direction Luan grew the service operation into the largest Nissan Service Department in the USA. After 11 years with Nissan Luan moved to a Honda/VW/Suzuki franchise where he became known as the industry leader in Customer Satisfaction. Then in the late 90’s Luan went “High Line” and became the Service Director at Mercedes Benz of Miami, one of the largest dealerships in South Florida. During his 8 years with Mercedes Benz Luan’s service department became known for performing the “Job Right the 1st Time”. Luan joined in Audi 2004, and since joining Audi Luan’s service operations have consistently performed in the “Top 10%” in the USA.

In this case, your vehicle is beyond the New Vehicle Warranty period, and the concerns you are having with your older Audi are no longer covered under the factory warranty. We have provided you with estimates for the needed repairs, and you have elected not to approve the repairs at this time.

Your response is false. You were paid to fix something, and in the process you broke something else. You were paid by Fidelity to repair the sunroof switch and broke the console in the process, now you refuse to stand by your own work. New car warranty has zero to do with it. Stand by your work.

Moreover, we would like to clarify that our car wash system does not operate in a circular motion and washes 60 - 70 cars daily with no complaints or “swirls”. We truly do apologize for your experience, but our system simply doesn’t operate like most other car washes. Thank you.

Thank you for the reply, however swirls are not only introduced by circular motions contrary to popular belief. I am extremely knowledgeable in car detailing and have been doing it for some time.
