Luan’s career began with Nissan in the early 80’s and under his direction Luan grew the service operation into the largest Nissan Service Department in the USA. After 11 years with Nissan Luan moved to a Honda/VW/Suzuki franchise where he became known as the industry leader in Customer Satisfaction. Then in the late 90’s Luan went “High Line” and became the Service Director at Mercedes Benz of Miami, one of the largest dealerships in South Florida. During his 8 years with Mercedes Benz Luan’s service department became known for performing the “Job Right the 1st Time”. Luan joined in Audi 2004, and since joining Audi Luan’s service operations have consistently performed in the “Top 10%” in the USA.

First and foremost, they do not stand by their work. Had an issue with a 2015 A3 TDI, Sunroof switch failed. Went to the dealer for resolution, armed with my Fidelity Platinum extended warranty. First and an issue with a 2015 A3 TDI, Sunroof switch failed. Went to the dealer for resolution, armed with my Fidelity Platinum extended warranty. First and foremost the service advisor who is not my regular advisor bombarded me with various charges and fees some of them ludicrous to assess a failure. Regardless, and confident that my warranty would kick in and it did I left my vehicle in their care. They also at first declined to furnish me with a loaner. Very long story short, the warranty paid for the repair, and I was informed I needed a new battery. The battery was under warranty, but they would not honor it due to lack of records that this factory battery was not installed by an Audi store. Buyer beware, keep your service records. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, it was filthy dirty inside and out including spots on the sunroof cover and grease stains on the grey headliner. I had been dealing with Luana and the service manager, Luan. My regular service advisor Giancarlo was not available. They were not very helpful and in the case of the service advisor, Luana VERY RUDE. I also discovered the overhead console was not pushed in properly, prompting the car to be brought back into service for it to be rectified. The overhead console is still not sitting flush as it did before. When I asked them to repair it I was informed that it was in tolerance levels and I should contact Audi corporate. My first question was do you not warranty the work you perform? The answer was yes the part we replaced. With this logic and method of doing business anything they break or screw up in the process, such as the overhead console and the Sunroof cover which they damaged is not covered. This is beyond ludicrous, and I would highly suggest anyone going for warranty work here take photos before and after if not avoiding them at all. The service manager even advised I speak to Audi corporate to get a goodwill gesture to fix something they broke. Unreal. There is more to this story including some other shady moves and suggestions but I do have the time and energy to provide the 5 page write up I sent to Audi corporate. I only gave two stars because Giancarlo is an excellent service advisor who is prompt, returns phone calls and knows how to deal with his client base. It's been 2+ months and still not resolved. More

They will destroy your paint in their courtesy washes I have been a customer with Audi Coral Springs for 5 years and even bought a car there in 2013 and was very pleased with the sales experience and the I have been a customer with Audi Coral Springs for 5 years and even bought a car there in 2013 and was very pleased with the sales experience and the subsequent service experience with James; an English gentleman who always went above and beyond the call of duty. Unfortunately, after this recent experience I will NEVER ever ever ever return to this dealership. I purchased another Audi on April 2018 and was disappointed that James was no longer at the service desk. Regardless, I brought in my car on 7/21/2018 to perform an emissions recall. My car had recently been polished with an expensive Menzerna polish and glaze. If you don't know what Menzerna is, look it up. The car was left in showroom condition with 0 swirls and almost surgically clean paint. The service advisor, Rodrigo Venegas greeted me and was courteous so I figured everything was going to be alright with this new service advisor. I requested that the car not be washed because I did not like that their courtesy washes are not touch free and can introduce swirls. He asked me if I was sure because their washes are complimentary. I again repeated that I did not want my car washed. My car was taken to perform the recall and I sat in the nearby couches to observe my car in the service bay. After I while I became distracted on my phone and when I glanced back at the service bay I noticed that my car was no longer there. Fearing that my car had gone in the wash, I again asked the advisor if he had stressed that the car not be washed. He reassured me that he had. However, he rushed into the service bay in a panic and made several calls. My car then magically appeared in the drive bay and he came back and told me the car was ready. I again asked him, "Was the car washed?" He repeated and assured me that it wasn't. I went out into the drive bay to take possession of my car however the car was soaking wet near the trunk, the side mirrors and beneath the doors. I looked closely at the paint and to my horror there were swirls all over the car. I complained to the service advisor and he said that one pass through the car wash would not cause swirls and he "forgot" to tell them not to wash it. He then said that he will get Luan Nuriu, the service manager, to call me to offer me a detail to "buff" the swirls out. I waited several days for a call however received none. I then reached out to Luan and he argued with me about how their car wash brushes do not cause swirls because they are only a few days old and how he has been in the industry over 30 years so he knows what he's talking about (clearly he knows nothing about car detailing). Ultimately after a lot of back and forth, he offered me a voucher for a full detail, which doesn't even come close to what I paid to polish the car in the first place. I also reached out to the general manager, however have not received a call back. Do not take your car here if you value your paint. More

Don't Stand Behind Extended Warranty I bought a 2012 Audi A8L. I always liked the car. When the factory warranty was up they sold me an extended warranty to 106K miles. This was supposed to be the same warranty as was on the car when I bought it - bumper to bumper. The extended warranty cost me $13,000! Last week my "check engine" light went on. I figure "no problem - that's why I have an extended warranty." I took the car in and they determined it needed a software update. So obviously the software was "broken", right? They updated the software and the check engine light problem was fixed. Then they told me that my warranty did not cover the problem, and charged me $350! So what did I pay $13,000 for in the extended warranty? Beware of these guys. They're not honest. They sell you a warranty and then tell you it doesn't apply when you have a problem. More
