Purchased 2022 Wagoneer after spending 12 months trying to get a new Chevy Tahoe. This new vehicle is fantastic, the sales staff was great, and the F&I process was lengthy but informative and very courteou to get a new Chevy Tahoe. I can’t say enough about this dealership! I drove down to Norfolk from Northern Virginia and the difference in experience was phenomenal! Lowen was my sales person and he was amazing! He was friendly and very accommodating with all of the requests I had for my dream car. He was super helpful and kept me in the loop while the vehicle was being delivered! He even offered to drive my car home for me because I wasn’t from the area! Everyone I spoke with at the dealership was beyond caring and genuine.
