Just purchased a Ford Maverick XLT FX4 at Jim Ellis Ford and had the pleasure of working with Louis through the buying process. On that work sheet there were some items that gave me hesitation. I reached out to Louis with my concerns and he assured me he and the folks at Jim Ellis would work to make it right. We made the two hour drive down to Jim Ellis and Louis and the team at Jim Ellis certainly did work to make it right. In person negotiations were honest and up front and the entire team were professional. Sales manager Armen went out of his way twice to thank me for doing business with them.
