This is the first time I have used this service. They came and picked up my truck and brought it back to me. I actually had two trucks that needed warranty work done so they picked one up did the w They came and picked up my truck and brought it back to me. The service department always takes great care of me. Kelli is awesome! We were supposed to be waiting while work was completed. Great Experience as usual! Kelli was ready for me when I arrived and got right back on the road. I was dropping off my Raptor and picked up my super duty. She had the super duty waiting in the service drive for me. Kelli, Amanda and Lorena all understand that my time is valuable. I have tried to go to the Ford dealership in Pearland and was told to just drop it off and that they would get to it when they could. They didn't care how many vehicles or that it was a business. It is worth the the time to drive to Humble because of the respect for my time. The last question in the survey should be omitted because I will never buy a vehicle from you again! More

Kelli always takes care of me! I schedule time for the maintenance and she is always ready when we get there. Usually has us back on the road very quickly. The sales department I schedule time for the maintenance and she is always ready when we get there. Usually has us back on the road very quickly. The sales department could really take some lessons in how to handle customers from Kelli, Amanda and Lorena! These three ladies is the only reason that this location gets the maintenance on all of my vehicles! And I drive all of the way from Pearland, that should tell you something! More
