My rating is based upon the failure to fix a serious warranty issue. The original visit for service was several months ago. The critical part is a new radio that controls the operating screen which co warranty issue. The original visit for service was several months ago. The critical part is a new radio that controls the operating screen which controls the heater, defrost, seat and steering wheel heaters. The dealer had to order a new radio and did not have a delivery date. Finally, the radio came in and it was discovered to be faulty. Another radio was ordered with no idea of when it will come in. Thus far we are going on 4 months and counting. This is one of four vehicles I have purchased thru this dealership in the last several years. The communication from the service department was fine but the results were severely lacking. More

Logan was extremely helpful when I called in on a Friday and said my oil report was at 4%! I didn't know Jeep wasn't sending alerts as early as hey used to and I kinds panicked thinking I was super late! He and said my oil report was at 4%! Problem presented was not corrected. Did not have a code for the brake switch activator so he could not check that, which is likely the problem for non starting. Logan, in the service department, was excellent at customer service and very helpful. He even made sure that my vehicle got an e-check because my plates were about to expire and I needed to renew them customer service and very helpful. He even made sure that my vehicle got an e-check because my plates were about to expire and I needed to renew them. Even though I got my vehicle back with the check engine light reset, went off again in a few days and my problem is still exists. My truck has had the check engine light on. We’ve put a couple thousand dollars into replacing some parts. Which now I don’t know we’re actually necessary because the check engine light continues to be on. I’m not quite sure anyone really took the time to figure it out. It’s so frustrating. More
